  • Johan Hamre

    Managing director/ Partner UNION Eiendomskapital

    Johan Hamre is a partner in and managing dierctor of UNION Eiendomskapital. He works primarily with UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Fund I and II, and UNION Core Real Estate Fund – as well as business development for the company. Johan has been with UNION since 2007, and has also worked on financial and strategic advice as well as mergers and acquisitions in UNION Corporate. He studied economics, administration and finance at the BI Norwegian Business School, and real estate finance at the University of Amsterdam.

  • Øystein A. Landvik

    CEO/ Partner UNION Gruppen / Member of the board

    Øystein A Landvik is a founding partner, owner and CEO in UNION Gruppen. He has more than 35 years of experience from the Norwegian property market as a partner in or owner of the companies he has worked in. Øystein helped to establish UNION Gruppen in 2002 and Norsk Nærings Megling AS (NNM) in 1984. He is a certified commercial investment member (CCIM).

  • Bjørn Henningsen

    Partner UNION Gruppen / Chairman of the board

    Bjørn Henningsen is a partner in and owner of UNION Gruppen, and chair for a number of UNION’s subsidiaries. He helped to establish UNION Eiendomskapital in 2004. Bjørn works primarily with administration and property investment for UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Fund I and II. He has many years of experience from the Norwegian market for commercial property – a 12-year period with bank financing of such assets followed by 17 years in property investment and development. Bjørn has an MSc in business economics from Herriot-Watt University in Scotland.

  • Lars Even Moe

    Partner UNION Gruppen / Member of the board

    Lars Even Moe is a partner in and owner of UNION Gruppen, and chair for a number of UNION’s subsidiaries. He helped to establish UNION Eiendomskapital in 2004. In addition to his administrative functions, Lars Even works primarily with administration and property investment for UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Fund I and II ¬– as well as other property funds. He has 22 years of experience from commercial property investment, and is a Master of Business Economics from the BI Norwegian Business School.

  • Hroar Nilsen

    Partner UNION Gruppen

    Hroar Nilsen is a partner in and owner of UNION Gruppen, and responsible for investor relations in UNION Eiendomskapital. He has many years of experience with sales and marketing from various posts in Rank Xerox and Nokia. His previous positions include vice president in Christiania Markets and a total of nine years of service with First Securities as vice president corporate finance. Hroar has been with UNION since 2011, previously he worked seven years in Sector Asset Management as partner and head of sales.

  • Håkon Sundbye

    Partner UNION Eiendomskapital / Transactions

    Håkon Sundbye is a partner in UNION Eiendomskapital. He works primarily with investment in and development of UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Fund I and II – as well as following up certain project investments in property. Håkon has been with UNION Eiendomskapital since the autumn of 2006, and was previously with Obos. He has an MSc in real estate investments from the Cass Business School in London.

  • Are Duus Carlsen

    Partner UNION Eiendomskapital / Asset management

    Are Duus Carlsen is a partner in UNION Eiendomskapital. He works primarily with management and development of the property portfolios in UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Fund I and II, and UNION Core Real Estate Fund. Are has been with UNION Eiendomskapital since 2009, and has 21 years of experience as a property owner, developer and administrator with a special focus on retail property. He studied industrial economics at the Agder Regional College and the Norwegian Shipping Academy.

  • Glenn Tore Stray

    Partner UNION Eiendomskapital / Asset management

    Glenn Tore Stray is a partner in UNION Eiendomskapital. He works primarily with management and development of the property portfolios in UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Fund I and II, and UNION Core Real Estate Fund – as well as following up certain project investments in property. He has been with UNION Eiendomskapital since 2007, and has several years of experience as a property developer and administrator. Glenn Tore worked previously as a commercial broker at MeglerCompagniet AS in Oslo. He has a Master of Business Economics from the BI Norwegian Business School.

  • Anders Pedersen

    UNION Eiendomskapital / Fund manager

    Anders Pedersen is primarily responsible for managing the property portfolio in UNION Core Real Estate Fund, one of UNION’s alternative investment funds. Prior to joining UNION Eiendomskapital in 2016, he has 10 years of experience from the Norwegian Hull Club – primarily as investment director. The latter role included administering the property portfolio as well as a number of directorships in property companies/funds. Anders also has a background as an auditor/consultant in EY, and holds an MSc in business economic from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

  • Haakon Kvalheim Flinder

    UNION Eiendomskapital / Transaction

    Haakon Kvalheim Flinder works primarily on investment in commercial property for UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Fund I and II, and UNION Core Real Estate Fund. With UNION since 2015, he has a BSc in economics and management from the BI Norwegian Business School and an MSc in business finance from the Queen Mary University of London.

  • Pål Kumle

    UNION Eiendomskapital / Transaction

    Pål Kumle works primarily on investment in commercial property for UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Fund I and II, and UNION Core Real Estate Fund. With UNION Eiendomskapital since 2015, he has earlier experience from BDO where he worked on transaction advice, due diligence, valuation and other transaction support. Pål has an MSc specialising in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

  • Henrik Eide Arnesen

    UNION Eiendomskapital / Transaction

    Henrik Eide Arnesen works primarily on investment in commercial property for UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Fund I and II, and UNION Core Real Estate Fund. With UNION Eiendomskapital since 2015, he has earlier experience from EY Assurance with the focus on regulated enterprises. Henrik has an MSc in finance and strategy from Copenhagen Business School (CBS).

  • Lars-Erik Wogsted

    UNION Eiendomskapital / Asset management

    Lars Erik Wogsted works primarily with development of the property portfolios in UNION`s alternative investment funds. He joined UNION Eiendomskapital in May 2019. Lars Erik has 16 years of experience in the property industry in the fields of development, transaction, leasing and concept development for commercial property, where in recent years as a partner in Stor-Oslo Eiendom. He has a MSc in Industrial Economics and construction from University in Agder and Oslo.

  • Pål Saga

    UNION Eiendomskapital / Asset management

    Pål Saga works primarily with administration and development of the property portfolios in UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Fund I and II, and UNION Core Real Estate Fund – particularly in the retail segment. With UNION Eiendomskapital since 2017, he has 22 years of experience with letting and developing commercial property, particularly from the shopping centres in Steen & Strøm Norge AS. Pål studied engineering in Gothenburg and at Gjøvik Engineering College.

  • Oskar Olafsson

    UNION Eiendomskapital / Asset management

    Oskar Olafsson works primarily on administration, reporting and insurance for the various properties. With UNION Eiendomskapital since August 2017, he has a Bachelor of Business Administration, specialising in finance, from the BI Norwegian Business School.

  • Stine B. Sørgen

    UNION Eiendomskapital / Asset management

    Stine B Sørgen works primarily with follow-up and administration of the property portfolios in UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Fund I and II, and UNION Core Real Estate Fund. She previously spent seven years as a letting agent in UNION Norsk Næringsmegling before joining UNION Eiendomskapital in 2015. Stine has 25 years of experience with residential estate agency/property settlements, including as a manager in DnB Eiendom, and qualified as an estate agent from the BI Norwegian Business School.

  • Kristin Madsen

    UNION Eiendomskapital / Asset management

    Kristin Madsen works primarily on following up and administering the property portfolios in UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Fund I and II, and UNION Core Real Estate Fund – as well as certain project investments in property. With UNION Eiendomskapital since 2011, she had previously built up 16 years of experience in contract and property administration with such employers as ForvaltningsCompagniet AS.

  • Jannecke Vinjum

    Head of Fund administration

    Jannecke Vinjum heads the accounting department at UNION Eiendomskapital and works primarily on corporate reporting for UNION Gruppen and UNION’s alternative investment funds, including follow-up and reporting to the investors. With UNION since 2009, she qualified as an auditor from the BI Norwegian Business School and took advanced auditor studies at the Norwegian School of Economics.

  • Torgeir Røstberg

    UNION Eiendomskapital / Fund administration

    Torgeir Røstberg works primarily on economic and financial follow-up and reporting of UNION’s alternative investment funds to banks and investors. He also administers, follows up and reports on project investments in property. With UNION Eiendomskapital since 2006, Torgeir has a Master of Business Economics from the BI Norwegian Business School in Bodø.

  • Marius Alfredsen

    UNION Eiendomskapital / Fund administration

    Marius Alfredsen works primarily on economic and financial follow-up and reporting of UNION’s alternative investment funds to banks and investors. He also administers, follows up and reports on project investments in property. With UNION Eiendomskapital since 2011, Marius has an MSc in business economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and qualified as a chartered accountant there.

  • Hege Rebård

    UNION Eiendomskapital / Fund administration

    Hege Rebård is CEO of UNION Investorservice AS and works primarily with the accounts for and reporting of individual investments in property. She also works on corporate reporting for UNION’s alternative investment funds. With UNION Investorservice since 2014, Hege studied auditing at the Telemark Regional College in Bø and is certified as an accountant by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway.

  • Are Dalskau

    UNION Eiendomskapital / Fund administration

    Are Dalskau primarily follows up individual investments in UNION’s alternative investment funds, including follow-up of the property portfolio in Frost Retail Properties AS. With UNION Eiendomskapital since 2017, he has a BSc in economics and administration from the BI Norwegian Business School.

  • Siri Strømshovd

    UNION Eiendomskapital / Asset management

    Siri Strømshovd follows up and administers the property portfolio in Frost Retail Properties AS. With a total of 30 years of experience from contract and property management, she has spent the past 20 years at Frost Retail Properties.

  • Malin Flåten Øvrebø

    UNION Eiendomskapital / Fund administration

    Malin Flåten Øvrebø works primarily on economic and financial follow-up and reporting of UNION`s alternative investment funds. Malin also works with accounting and reporting of project investment in property. Malin holds a Master degree from BI in Accounting and Auditing and is an authorized accountant.

  • Pål Bolstad

    Managing director / Partner UNION Management

    Pål Bolstad is a partner in and managing director of UNION Management AS, a turnkey supplier of technical services for commercial property. That includes property development, technical advice, project management and technical operation for owners and tenants. He has previously worked as CEO of DriftsCompagniet AS, and has experience from more than 200 technical due diligence processes as well as development projects large and small. Pål has more than 25 years of experience from technical operation of commercial properties.

  • Erik Røbech

    Managing director UNION Project Management

    Erik Røbech is managing director of UNION Project Management AS, a provider of services within development of commercial property. This includes advisory, project management and engineering. Erik has over 25 years of experience from commercial property with focus on management and project development. He has previously worked in i.a. Selmer Furuholmen AS (Skanska), Kåre Hagen Byggelederfirma AS, Thermax AS, Venator AS and Møller Eiendom AS. Erik is a construction and fire engineer from the University of Gjøvik (HiG).

  • Ole Magnus Bjerke

    Project director UNION Project Management

    Ole Magnus Bjerke is project director in Union Project Management AS. He has broad experience from consulting, project management and investment activities as PwC Management Consulting, Arne Blystad AS, Norfund and SN Power. Ole Magnus has a Master in Business Economics from the BI Norwegian Business School in Sandvika and studied economics to intermediate level at the University of Oslo.

  • Jan Sørlie

    Asset management

    Jan Sørlie is a technical administrator at UNION Management AS, with the main responsibility for technical operation of the properties. That includes establishing and following up common and landlord budgets, rehabilitation and maintenance. He has been with the company since its establishment in 2010, and previously had similar duties with DriftsCompagniet AS, Marius Management AS and Saga Petroleum AS. With 25 years of experience as an electrician and foreman on major building projects, Jan is educated as a business economist.

  • Ingar Rognås

    Asset management

    Ingar Rognås is a technical adviser at UNION Management AS, with responsibility for technical operation, project management and advice – particularly technical due diligence. He previously spent seven years with DriftsCompagniet, has been operations manager for Aberdeen Property Investors and worked for Ingeniørbygg. Ingar has more than 20 years of experience with operation and maintenance of commercial properties.

  • Daniel Størdal

    Asset management

    Daniel Størdal is a technical administrator at UNION Management AS, with responsibility for technical operation and project management. He has previously worked for Evalue AS and Sebra Forvaltning AS, and has three years of experience in administering properties.

  • Kristian Ruud-Nesheim

    UNION Project Management

    Kristian Ruud- Nesheim is project leader in UNION Project Management AS, a provider of services within development of commercial property. This includes advisory, project management and engineering. Kristian has previously worked in Sparebank1 with insurance and in Merkantilbygg AS with property management and real estate development. Kristian has bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Lillehammer and the University of Buskerud.

  • Viggo Danielsen

    Managing director / Partner UNION Management Vest

    Viggo Danielsen is a partner in and managing director of UNION Management Vest AS, a turnkey supplier of technical services for commercial property. That includes property development, technical advice, project management and technical operation for owners and tenants. He has more than 25 years of experience with technical operation of commercial properties, including as CEO and owner of the Stavanger-based Danielsen Service caretaker company.

  • Kenneth Meland

    UNION Management Vest

    Kenneth Meland is administration manager at UNION Management Vest AS, with the main responsibility for all contracts dealing with administrative and operational services. He previously spent five years working on housing administration at Obos, and also has a background from domestic payment processing at SpareBank 1. Kenneth studied at the BI Norwegian Business School in Stavanger, and has a BSc in market communication.
