Bank survey

Our bank survey is a quarterly overview of the seven largest banks which lend on commercial property in Norway. This gives you an insight into their policies in this field.

It covers such aspects as risk assessment and willingness to lend, borrowing costs, margin changes, equity and collateral requirements, and other trends in the market.

We have been conducting our bank survey since 2010, and are the only player in the sector to provide such an overview. The video reports below (in Norwegian only) summarise the main findings of each survey.
