Strategy: Classified four funds as light green (Article 8 products) according to the SFDR regulation.
Environment: Conducted energy rehabilitation (i.e., a minimum of 30 percent energy reduction) of one property in 2023 and planned two energy rehabilitations for 2024.
Social: Kirkens Bymisjon has been chosen as the company's social contribution. UNION has committed to supporting an activity program in Lillestrøm for people struggling with social exclusion due to substance abuse and mental health challenges.
Governance: In connection with the Transparency Act, a due diligence assessment of our own operations and of five of our suppliers has been conducted.
