Trainees 2022-23

Our annual trainee programme is directed at talented young people. They acquire detailed knowledge of property as an investment class and are promised permanent employment after completing the programme

Kaviya is a master of business economics from the BI Norwegian Business School. She has experience from the commercial property sector, including six years of managing property portfolios at CBRE.

Sverre is an MBE from the Copenhagen Business School, specialising in finance and strategy. He has experience from banking and finance, most recently as a summer intern in the finance department at NorgesGruppen

The trainees have started their programme with us in our research department, where they will acquire in-depth knowledge of how the commercial property market functions. Robert Nystad is serving as their mentor, with Brage Boasson as supervisor. They will ensure the social integration of the newcomers as well as their personal and professional development.

We wish Sverre and Kaviya heartily welcome, says marketing manager Karin Hagen. They will serve in our departments for research, commercial real estate brokerage and capital management over the coming year. We’re looking forward to integrating them in our organisation.
