Mari Lund-Roland
Interim Head of marketing
Mari works as Interim Head of marketing at UNION, she is responsible for marketing, communication, PR and events. Mari has extensive experience with marketing, project management and event development for the corporate segment from, among others, Off Piste AS and as one of the founders of Privé Event Management. In addition, Mari has worked several years as a sports and nutrition coach. Mari holds a bachelor's degree in nutritional physiology.
Ragnhild Bøe
Investment Professional / Fundraising & IR
Ragnhild Bøe works with fundraising and investor relations for UNION's alternative investment funds. She holds a master's degree in finance and accounting from Copenhagen Business School. Ragnhild participated in UNION's trainee program in 2020/2021 and has previous experience from Danske Bank, SEB, and Equinor.
Pål Bolstad
Partner / Head of asset management
Pål Bolstad is a partner of UNION Eiendomskapital and head of the Asset Management Team. He was previously the managing director of UNION Management AS. His responsibilities comprise property development, technical advice, project management and technical operation for owners and tenants. Previously, he worked as CEO of DriftsCompagniet AS, and has worked on more than 200 technical due diligence processes as well as development projects of various sizes. Pål has more than 27 years of experience in technical operation of commercial properties.
Glenn Tore Stray
Partner / Asset management
Glenn Tore Stray is a partner and works primarily with management and development of the property portfolios in UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Funds, and UNION Core Real Estate Funds, as well as “following up” certain project investments in property. He has been with UNION since 2007 and has several years of experience as a property developer and administrator. Glenn Tore worked previously as a commercial broker at MeglerCompagniet AS in Oslo. He has a Masters of Business Economics from the BI Norwegian Business School.
Pål Saga
Partner / Asset management
Pål Saga is a partner and works primarily with administration and development of the property portfolios in UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Funds, and UNION Core Real Estate Funds, particularly in the retail segment. Pål has been with UNION since 2017. He has 30 years of experience with letting and developing commercial property, particularly from the shopping centers in Steen & Strøm Norge AS. Pål studied engineering in Gothenburg and in the Gjøvik Engineering College.
Stine B. Sørgen
Partner / Asset management
Stine B Sørgen is a partner and works primarily with “follow-up” and administration of the property portfolios in UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Funds, and UNION Core Real Estate Funds. She previously spent seven years as a letting agent in our commercial property agency before joining capital management in 2015. Stine has 28 years of experience with residential estate agency/property settlements, including as a manager in DnB Eiendom, and qualified as an estate agent from the BI Norwegian Business School.
Lars-Erik Wogsted
Partner / Asset management
Lars Erik Wogsted is a partner and works primarily with development of the property portfolios in UNION`s alternative investment funds. He joined UNION in 2019. Lars Erik has 16 years of experience in the property industry in the areas of development, transaction, leasing and concept development for commercial property. In recent years, he has been a partner in Stor-Oslo Eiendom. He has a MSc in Industrial Economics and construction from the University of Agder and Oslo.
Kaviya Elaiyarajah
Asset Manager
Kaviya is employed as Asset Manager, primarily working with property portfolios within UNION's alternative investment funds. She joined UNION in 2022 as a traine. Kaviya has six years of experience from CBRE, where she specialized in property management for international investors. Kaviya is a graduate of BI Norwegian Business School, holding a Master of Science in Business.
Kristin Madsen
Asset management
Kristin Madsen works primarily on “following up” and administering the property portfolios in UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Funds, and UNION Core Real Estate Funds, as well as coordinating Due Diligence in property sales. Kristin has been with UNION since 2011. She had previously harnessed 18 years of experience in contract and property administration with employers such as ForvaltningsCompagniet AS.
August Aakenes Nysted
ESG manager
August Aakenes Nysted is ESG manager in capital management, primarily working with ESG-related tasks. August has a BBA from Creighton University - located in Omaha, Nebraska, USA - and an MSc in real estate developement and -management from the Norwegian University of Science Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim. August also has work experience from IPI Group, CBRE and Statsbygg.
Ingar Rognås

Ingar Rognås is a technical adviser with responsibility for technical operation, project management and advice – particularly technical due diligence. He previously spent seven years with DriftsCompagniet, was an operations manager for Aberdeen Property Investors and worked for Ingeniørbygg. Ingar has more than 20 years of experience with operation and maintenance of commercial properties.
Jan Sørlie
Asset management
Jan Sørlie is a technical administrator in capital management, primarily responsible for the technical operations of the properties. That includes establishing and “following up” common and landlord budgets, rehabilitation and maintenance. He has been with the company since its establishment in 2010, and previously held similar resposiilities with DriftsCompagniet AS, Marius Management AS and Saga Petroleum AS. Jan has 25 years of experience as an electrician and foreman on major building projects and is a business economist.
Kenneth Meland
Asset management
Kenneth Meland is an administration manager in our capital management team in Stavanger, primarily responsible for all contract dealing in administrative and operational services. He has spent five years working on housing administration at Obos and also has a background on domestic payment processing at SpareBank 1. Kenneth studied at the BI Norwegian Business School in Stavanger and has a BSc in Market Communication.
