Mari works as Interim Head of marketing at UNION,  she is responsible for marketing, communication, PR and events. Mari has extensive experience with marketing, project management and event development for the corporate segment from, among others, Off Piste AS and as one of the founders of Privé Event Management. In addition, Mari has worked several years as a sports and nutrition coach. Mari holds a bachelor's degree in nutritional physiology.

Jacob A. L'Orsa is the Managing Partner at Union Norsk Næringsmegling, with a primary focus on transactions. He was hired in 2024, coming from Akershus Eiendom, where he worked as a transaction broker and partner. Jacob began his career as a commercial real estate broker after completing his education in 1995 and has held various positions in the Norwegian Real Estate Association and the Forum for Commercial Brokers. In addition to a bachelor's degree in economics with a specialization in real estate brokerage from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Jacob holds a Master of Commerce with a specialization in finance from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.

Preben Klausen is a partner in commercial property agency, where he works on transactions. He has been with UNION since 2004. Preben worked previously on the sale of products to the commercial property sector. He has an MBA, majoring in finance, from Queensland University of Technology and a BSc economics and administration from Central Queensland University.

Alexander Gundersen is a partner in commercial property agency, where he works on transactions. He has been with UNION since 2010. Alexander has worked previously on Capital Management at Orkla Finans, with Corporate Finance Real Estate at Pareto Private Equity, and as a team leader on Investment Consulting at Vaagen Investering in Oslo. Alexander has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University in Sydney.

Marius Bye works as a transaction advisor in our commercial property agency. He has spent four and a half years in UNION besides studies. First one and a half years in the rental department, then three years in the analysis department. Marius holds a master's degree with a specialization in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and Norwegian Business School (BI).

Eirik Gard Aarnes works as an analyst in commercial real estate brokerage. He was hired as a trainee, where, during the rotation program, he worked within analysis, commercial real estate brokerage, and asset management. He holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in finance from BI Norwegian Business School. Eirik completed parts of his education at Bocconi University in Milan and ESCP in Paris, and he has worked part-time in accounting and auditing at KPMG.

Frithjof Foss is partner and managing director in our commercial property agency, with 11 years of experience from the property sector. That includes three years as marketing manager at Höegh Eiendom, which included responsibility for developing retailing and commercial operations on the Arcus site at Hasle. Prior to this, Frithjof spent eight years on acquisition, sale and development of commercial property at Pareto Eiendom. Frithjof also has experience from the shipping industry as a broker and charterer. Frithjof studied business management at the BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo.

Torbjørn Hatløy is partner and letting advisor in our commercial property agency. He has a total of 14 years of experience from the property sector, with the last 12 years spent as a letting advisor. Torbjørn holds a BSc in economics and administration from the BI Norwegian Business School.

Mons Knudtzon is an associate partner and letting advisor at UNION. He has been working as a letting advisor since 2017, and has previous experience from SEB and Pecunia. He holds a bachelor's degree from the USA and BI Norwegian Business School, as well as a master's degree from Beyes Business School (formerly Cass Business School) with a final master's thesis in real estate development.

Christoffer Bakken is a letting advisor in our commercial property agency. He has five years’ experience from the property sector, working as a letting advisor in Newsec and Colliers International. Christoffer is educated as a real-estate agent from Høyskolen på Vestlandet.

Henrik Syversen  is letting advisor in our commercial property agency.  Henrik has experience from Arctic Securities, working both in the Oslo and New York office. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Norwegian Business School BI. 

Øyvind Ramsø is Project Manager of UNION Residential Development. He joined UNION from the position of project manager at Gjelsten Bolig. Prior to that he worked as a project manager at HENT. Since 2007, Øyvind has worked as a project manager in construction and civil engineering, and he holds an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School.

Sondre Veum is employed as a technical manager in asset management, with primary responsibility for the technical management and operation of properties. 

Sondre has previously worked for 7 years as a project and department manager at the construction company AK Granheim AS, as well as independently running a concrete contracting business for several years. Sondre has extensive experience from a variety of projects, including tenant alterations and technical improvements focused on energy efficiency.
