Hans A. Bale is partner and Head of fund raising and investor relations in asset management. Hans A. works with all funds and investors, in addition to business development for the company. Hans has extensive experience in finance from Nordea, SEB and Fondfinans and Norron Asset Management. Hans A. has worked at UNION since April 2025. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Nora Solberg works as a broker assistant in the leasing department at our commercial property agency. She holds a bachelor's degree in real estate, law, and economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (Handelshøyskolen BI). Nora has experience from Privatmegleren and Braathen Eiendomsforvaltning. 

Endre Folge is partner and CEO of UNION Group. He joined UNION from the position of CFO and Chief Investment Officer at the HitecVision-owned industrial group Moreld. Prior to that, he held the position as Partner at HitecVision as well as several M&A leadership roles at Aker Solutions and Aker ASA. Endre started his career in M&A advisory at UBS Investment Bank in Zurich and London. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from The University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Lars Even is founding partner of UNION Asset Management (est. 2004) and Managing Director of the Commercial Real Estate business. He has  28 years of experience in real estate investing in fund management including the establishment of Norway’s first real estate fund with Aberdeen Asset Management. Lars Even is on the investment committee (IC) of UNION's commercial property and residential development funds. Lars Even earned his masters degree at BI Norwegian business school, Norway.

Bjørn is founding partner of UNION Asset Management (est. 2004). He has 36 years of experience in real estate investing, incl. 12 years with the predecessor of the corporate bank DNB as credit banker and credit committee member in the real estate division. Bjørn serves on the board of a number of company's in UNION's fund portfolios. Bjørn is IC-member of UNION’s commercial property and private debt funds. Bjørn earned his master degree at Heriot-Watt University, Scotland.

Øystein A. Landvik is founding partner, and chairman of UNION group and sits on the board of several of UNION's subsidiaries. He has more than 40 years of experience from real estate, investing and brokerage, including the establishment of UNION as, a commercial real estate brokerage and development firm in 1984.
Øystein is IC-member of UNION’s commercial property residential development and private debt funds. 

Mr. Landvik is a certified commercial investment member (CCIM).

Hroar Nilsen is a partner and responsible for investor relations. He has many years of experience in sales and marketing from various posts in Rank Xerox and Nokia. His previous positions include vice president in Christiania Markets and a total of nine years of service with First Securities as vice president corporate finance. Hroar has been with UNION since 2011. Previously he worked in Sector Asset Management for seven years as a partner and head of sales.

Terje Holsing is CFO of UNION and works primarily with corporate reporting for UNION and UFO Holding, including financial and liquidity management. He joined UNION in 2019, and has previously 17 years of experience from the real estate industry as Finance Director in Sektor Gruppen AS and Citycon Norway AS. Terje has a Master of Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, and a Master of Business Administration (State Authorized Accountant) from Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen.

Kine Morud Aarum works as Head of marketing at UNION, where she is responsible for marketing, communications, PR and events. Kine has experience in marketing and communication work from, Clemens Eiendom, Norges Eiendomsmeglerforbund and The Boston Consulting Group. In addition to being one of the founders behind and Chairman of KINE – nettverket (Kvinner i norsk eiendom/Women in Norwegian Property). Kine has a degree in economics from Copenhagen Business School (CBS).

Ida is Group Controller at Union and works primarily with corporate reporting. She joined Union in 2024 and have several years of experience as a Business Controller at Fujitsu Norway and Norwegian Property. Ida holds a MSc in Business from BI Norwegian Business School.

Siv Blanca Børge-Ask is a partner and Head of legal and compliance for UNION Gruppen, working primarily on legal consultancy and following up on the group’s various business areas including compliance and risk. She has previously worked as legal vice president and group lawyer for Storebrand, and as a lawyer and deputy judge. Siv holds a law degree from the University of Oslo.

Robert Nystad is head of research for UNION, supporting both clients and colleagues with analyses and information-related assignments. He has worked on analysis since joining the company in 2010. Robert is a Master of Business Economics from the BI Norwegian Business School, specialising in financial economics.

Ann Kristin Aure is a senior analyst at UNION, supporting both clients and colleagues with analyses and information-related assignments. She has a number of years of experience as an analyst of commercial property, and has also worked on analysis for housing development. Ann Kristin has a background as an economist from the University of Bergen.

Kristoffer is employed as a analyst at UNION. He holds an M.Sc in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics. Kristoffer has previously had an internship with PwC

Heidi Bjercke is office manager with primary responsibility for the premises at Bolette Brygge, support and reception. Heidi has a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin University in Switzerland in marketing and communication. She joined UNION in March 2023.

Daniel works as office manager, responsible for the premises at Bolette Brygge, support, and reception. He has extensive experience from the service industry both in work with private individuals and in various roles at, among others, Theatercafeen and Le Canard.  

Daniel joined UNION in February 2024.

Andrea Skalstad works as a hostess in UNION. She is a digital marketing student at Høyskolen Kristiania. Andrea is also an interior designer.

Jacob A. L'Orsa is the Managing Partner at Union Norsk Næringsmegling, with a primary focus on transactions. He was hired in 2024, coming from Akershus Eiendom, where he worked as a transaction broker and partner. Jacob began his career as a commercial real estate broker after completing his education in 1995 and has held various positions in the Norwegian Real Estate Association and the Forum for Commercial Brokers. In addition to a bachelor's degree in economics with a specialization in real estate brokerage from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Jacob holds a Master of Commerce with a specialization in finance from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.

Preben Klausen is a partner in commercial property agency, where he works on transactions. He has been with UNION since 2004. Preben worked previously on the sale of products to the commercial property sector. He has an MBA, majoring in finance, from Queensland University of Technology and a BSc economics and administration from Central Queensland University.

Alexander Gundersen is a partner in commercial property agency, where he works on transactions. He has been with UNION since 2010. Alexander has worked previously on Capital Management at Orkla Finans, with Corporate Finance Real Estate at Pareto Private Equity, and as a team leader on Investment Consulting at Vaagen Investering in Oslo. Alexander has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University in Sydney.

Marius Bye works as a transaction advisor in our commercial property agency. He has spent four and a half years in UNION besides studies. First one and a half years in the rental department, then three years in the analysis department. Marius holds a master's degree with a specialization in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and Norwegian Business School (BI).

Eirik Gard Aarnes works as an analyst in commercial real estate brokerage. He was hired as a trainee, where, during the rotation program, he worked within analysis, commercial real estate brokerage, and asset management. He holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in finance from BI Norwegian Business School. Eirik completed parts of his education at Bocconi University in Milan and ESCP in Paris, and he has worked part-time in accounting and auditing at KPMG.

Frithjof Foss is partner and managing director in our commercial property agency, with 11 years of experience from the property sector. That includes three years as marketing manager at Höegh Eiendom, which included responsibility for developing retailing and commercial operations on the Arcus site at Hasle. Prior to this, Frithjof spent eight years on acquisition, sale and development of commercial property at Pareto Eiendom. Frithjof also has experience from the shipping industry as a broker and charterer. Frithjof studied business management at the BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo.

Torbjørn Hatløy is partner and letting advisor in our commercial property agency. He has a total of 14 years of experience from the property sector, with the last 12 years spent as a letting advisor. Torbjørn holds a BSc in economics and administration from the BI Norwegian Business School.

Mons Knudtzon is an associate partner and letting advisor at UNION. He has been working as a letting advisor since 2017, and has previous experience from SEB and Pecunia. He holds a bachelor's degree from the USA and BI Norwegian Business School, as well as a master's degree from Beyes Business School (formerly Cass Business School) with a final master's thesis in real estate development.

Christoffer Bakken is a letting advisor in our commercial property agency. He has five years’ experience from the property sector, working as a letting advisor in Newsec and Colliers International. Christoffer is educated as a real-estate agent from Høyskolen på Vestlandet.

Henrik Syversen  is letting advisor in our commercial property agency.  Henrik has experience from Arctic Securities, working both in the Oslo and New York office. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Norwegian Business School BI. 

Baard Schumann is Managing director of residential development. He will manage and lead the transaction team as well as portfolio management in the fund. He comes from the post of CEO for Nordr, formerly Veidekke Eiendom, was CEO of Selvaag Bolig in 2008-18 and served earlier as marketing vice president at PEAB Bolig.

Anders Bjørnsen works with new investments for UNION’s alternative investment funds. Previously Anders worked as an Investment Analyst for Stor-Oslo Eiendom and Senior Associate at the PwC Deals team. Anders holds an MSc in finance and investments from Copenhagen Business School.

Harald Martin Gjøvaag is Development Director at UNION Residential Development  and has extensive experience in residential and urban development projects throughout Norway. Harald held the position of CEO at Gottlieb Paludan Architects Norway. Prior to this he has worked as Development Manager at Selvaag Bolig ASA. Harald is also founder of the architectural firms Element Architects and Alliance Architects in Oslo, where he has served in various roles including CEO, Business Director, and Professional Leader. He is a trained civil architect from AHO (Oslo School of Architecture and Design).

Øyvind Ramsø is Project Manager of UNION Residential Development. He joined UNION from the position of project manager at Gjelsten Bolig. Prior to that he worked as a project manager at HENT. Since 2007, Øyvind has worked as a project manager in construction and civil engineering, and he holds an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School.

Christoffer Hæhre is managing director within real estate credit. He comes from the position as Director, Investment Banking in Carnegie. Prior to this he worked with bond origination in Fearnley Securities and was also a key member in the establishment of the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) department in SpareBank 1 Markets. Christoffer started his career at SEB within commercial real estate financing. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from Strathclyde Business School in Scotland.  

Erik Mjøs is an Associate within real estate credit. He comes from the Investment Banking division of Carnegie where he worked on transactions within private and public debt, equity placements, and M&A advisory. In addition, Erik has internship experience from Fearnley Securities, Rystad Energy and Hydro. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Sverre Albech is an Analyst in the credit fund and came from the of Trainee program in 2021/2022. He has previous experience in banking and insurance, and most recently completed a summer internship in the finance department of NorgesGruppen. Sverre holds a master's degree in economics from Copenhagen Business School, with a specialization in finance and strategy.

Anders Pedersen is primarily responsible for managing the property portfolio in UNION Core Real Estate Fund, one of UNION’s alternative investment funds. Prior to joining UNION in 2016, he harnessed 10 years of experience from the Norwegian Hull Club, primarily as an investment director. The latter role included administering the property portfolio as well as different directorships in property companies/ funds. Anders also has an auditing/ consulting background from EY and holds an MSc in Business Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Kristian Bartnes is a partner and director for fund raising and investor relations in UNION Eiendomskapital. He works with all our alternative investment funds, and primarily our Norwegian investors in UNION Eiendomskapital. In addition, he has responsibilities within business development. Kristian has been with UNION since March 2020 and has wide experience from Norwegian pension and life insurer Storebrand, focused on asset management, pension and client management. Kristian holds a Master of Science in Business & Administration from Norwegian School of Management BI.

Andreas Thøgersen is part of UNIONs fundraising team. He joined UNION in January 2023. He has extensive experience within the capital markets industry and has held positions as a broker and portfolio manager at Swedbank and Vibrand Kapital. Andreas holds a B.A. in business administration from University of San Diego

Pål Kumle is a partner and works primarily on new and existing investments in commercial property for UNION’s alternative investment funds. He has been with UNION Eiendomskapital since 2015 and has earlier experience from UNION Corporate and BDO Transaction Advisory Services. Pål has an MSc specialising in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Håkon Sundbye is a partner in UNION Eiendomskapital. He works primarily with investments in and the development of UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Funds. He is also responsible for certain project investments in property. Håkon has been with UNION Eiendomskapital since the autumn of 2006, and was previously with Obos. He has an MSc in Real Estate Investment from the Cass Business School in London.

Hanna Killingstad works as an investment analyst, primarily on potential investments for UNION’s alternative investment funds.  Hanna also assists with property transactions. Hanna took part in UNION’s trainee program in 2020/ 2021  She previously worked for Maersk during her studies, and holds a Master’s degree in finance and investments from Copenhagen Business School.

Brage Boasson works as an investment analyst, primarily on potential investments for UNION’s alternative investment funds.  Brage also assists with property transactions. Since 2019, he worked as an analyst at Union. He holds an M.Sc. in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School. In addition to studies, Brage has previous experience from a summer internship in Urban Jungle.

August Aakenes Nysted is ESG manager in capital management, primarily working with ESG-related tasks. August has a BBA from Creighton University - located in Omaha, Nebraska, USA - and an MSc in real estate developement and -management from the Norwegian University of Science Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim.  August also has work experience from IPI Group, CBRE and Statsbygg.

Pål Bolstad is a partner of UNION Eiendomskapital and head of the Asset Management Team. He was previously the managing director of UNION Management AS. His responsibilities comprise property development, technical advice, project management and technical operation for owners and tenants. Previously, he worked as CEO of DriftsCompagniet AS, and has worked on more than 200 technical due diligence processes as well as development projects of various sizes. Pål has more than 27 years of experience in technical operation of commercial properties.

Glenn Tore Stray is a partner and works primarily with management and development of the property portfolios in UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Funds, and UNION Core Real Estate Funds, as well as “following up” certain project investments in property. He has been with UNION since 2007 and has several years of experience as a property developer and administrator. Glenn Tore worked previously as a commercial broker at MeglerCompagniet AS in Oslo. He has a Masters of Business Economics from the BI Norwegian Business School.

Pål Saga is a partner and works primarily with administration and development of the property portfolios in UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Funds, and UNION Core Real Estate Funds, particularly in the retail segment. Pål has been with UNION since 2017. He has 30 years of experience with letting and developing commercial property, particularly from the shopping centers in Steen & Strøm Norge AS. Pål studied engineering in Gothenburg and in the Gjøvik Engineering College.

Stine B Sørgen is a partner and works primarily with “follow-up” and administration of the property portfolios in UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Funds, and UNION Core Real Estate Funds. She previously spent seven years as a letting agent in our commercial property agency before joining capital management in 2015. Stine has 28 years of experience with residential estate agency/property settlements, including as a manager in DnB Eiendom, and qualified as an estate agent from the BI Norwegian Business School.

Lars Erik Wogsted is a partner and works primarily with development of the property portfolios in UNION`s alternative investment funds. He joined UNION in 2019. Lars Erik has 16 years of experience in the property industry in the areas of development, transaction, leasing and concept development for commercial property. In recent years, he has been a partner in Stor-Oslo Eiendom. He has a MSc in Industrial Economics and construction from the University of Agder and Oslo.

Torgeir Røstberg is a partner and works primarily on economic and financial “follow-up” and reporting of UNION’s alternative investment funds to banks and investors. He also administers, “follows up” and reports on project investments in property. Torgeir has been with UNION Eiendomskapital since 2006 and has a Master of Business Economics from the BI Norwegian Business School in Bodø.

Marius Alfredsen works primarily on economic and financial “follow-up” and reporting of UNION’s alternative investment funds to banks and investors. He also administers, “follows up” and reports on project investments in property. Marius has been with UNION since 2011 and has an MSc in business economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and qualified as a chartered accountant there.

Magnus Meyer works primarily on economic and financial follow-up and reporting of UNION’s alternative investment funds to banks and investors. He also administers, follow up and reports on project investments in property. Magnus also has the role as responsible of risk management for the residential development fund. Magnus has been with UNION since 2023, has previously been working as an auditor at EY, holds an MSc in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School and is a certified public accountant

Kristin Madsen works primarily on “following up” and administering the property portfolios in UNION’s alternative investment funds – UNION Real Estate Funds, and UNION Core Real Estate Funds, as well as coordinating Due Diligence in property sales. Kristin has been with UNION since 2011. She had previously harnessed 18 years of experience in contract and property administration with employers such as ForvaltningsCompagniet AS.

Siri Strømshovd “follows up” and administers the property portfolio in Frost Retail Properties AS. With a total of 30 years of experience from contract and property management, she has spent the past 20 years at Frost Retail Properties.

Ingar Rognås is a technical adviser with responsibility for technical operation, project management and advice – particularly technical due diligence. He previously spent seven years with DriftsCompagniet, was an operations manager for Aberdeen Property Investors and worked for Ingeniørbygg. Ingar has more than 20 years of experience with operation and maintenance of commercial properties.

Sondre Veum is employed as a technical manager in asset management, with primary responsibility for the technical management and operation of properties. 

Sondre has previously worked for 7 years as a project and department manager at the construction company AK Granheim AS, as well as independently running a concrete contracting business for several years. Sondre has extensive experience from a variety of projects, including tenant alterations and technical improvements focused on energy efficiency.

Kenneth Meland is an administration manager in our capital management team in Stavanger, primarily responsible for all contract dealing in administrative and operational services. He has spent five years working on housing administration at Obos and also has a background on domestic payment processing at SpareBank 1. Kenneth studied at the BI Norwegian Business School in Stavanger and has a BSc in Market Communication.
