Hans A. Bale is partner and Head of fund raising and investor relations in asset management. Hans A. works with all funds and investors, in addition to business development for the company. Hans has extensive experience in finance from Nordea, SEB and Fondfinans and Norron Asset Management. Hans A. has worked at UNION since April 2025. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Nora Solberg works as a broker assistant in the leasing department at our commercial property agency. She holds a bachelor's degree in real estate, law, and economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (Handelshøyskolen BI). Nora has experience from Privatmegleren and Braathen Eiendomsforvaltning. 

Endre Folge is partner and CEO of UNION Group. He joined UNION from the position of CFO and Chief Investment Officer at the HitecVision-owned industrial group Moreld. Prior to that, he held the position as Partner at HitecVision as well as several M&A leadership roles at Aker Solutions and Aker ASA. Endre started his career in M&A advisory at UBS Investment Bank in Zurich and London. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from The University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Øystein A. Landvik is founding partner, and chairman of UNION group and sits on the board of several of UNION's subsidiaries. He has more than 40 years of experience from real estate, investing and brokerage, including the establishment of UNION as, a commercial real estate brokerage and development firm in 1984.
Øystein is IC-member of UNION’s commercial property residential development and private debt funds. 

Mr. Landvik is a certified commercial investment member (CCIM).

Terje Holsing is CFO of UNION and works primarily with corporate reporting for UNION and UFO Holding, including financial and liquidity management. He joined UNION in 2019, and has previously 17 years of experience from the real estate industry as Finance Director in Sektor Gruppen AS and Citycon Norway AS. Terje has a Master of Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, and a Master of Business Administration (State Authorized Accountant) from Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen.

Kine Morud Aarum works as Head of marketing at UNION, where she is responsible for marketing, communications, PR and events. Kine has experience in marketing and communication work from, Clemens Eiendom, Norges Eiendomsmeglerforbund and The Boston Consulting Group. In addition to being one of the founders behind and Chairman of KINE – nettverket (Kvinner i norsk eiendom/Women in Norwegian Property). Kine has a degree in economics from Copenhagen Business School (CBS).

Ida is Group Controller at Union and works primarily with corporate reporting. She joined Union in 2024 and have several years of experience as a Business Controller at Fujitsu Norway and Norwegian Property. Ida holds a MSc in Business from BI Norwegian Business School.

Siv Blanca Børge-Ask is a partner and Head of legal and compliance for UNION Gruppen, working primarily on legal consultancy and following up on the group’s various business areas including compliance and risk. She has previously worked as legal vice president and group lawyer for Storebrand, and as a lawyer and deputy judge. Siv holds a law degree from the University of Oslo.

Robert Nystad is head of research for UNION, supporting both clients and colleagues with analyses and information-related assignments. He has worked on analysis since joining the company in 2010. Robert is a Master of Business Economics from the BI Norwegian Business School, specialising in financial economics.

Ann Kristin Aure is a senior analyst at UNION, supporting both clients and colleagues with analyses and information-related assignments. She has a number of years of experience as an analyst of commercial property, and has also worked on analysis for housing development. Ann Kristin has a background as an economist from the University of Bergen.

Kristoffer is employed as a analyst at UNION. He holds an M.Sc in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics. Kristoffer has previously had an internship with PwC

Heidi Bjercke is office manager with primary responsibility for the premises at Bolette Brygge, support and reception. Heidi has a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin University in Switzerland in marketing and communication. She joined UNION in March 2023.

Daniel works as office manager, responsible for the premises at Bolette Brygge, support, and reception. He has extensive experience from the service industry both in work with private individuals and in various roles at, among others, Theatercafeen and Le Canard.  

Daniel joined UNION in February 2024.

Andrea Skalstad works as a hostess in UNION. She is a digital marketing student at Høyskolen Kristiania. Andrea is also an interior designer.

Jacob A. L'Orsa is the Managing Partner at Union Norsk Næringsmegling, with a primary focus on transactions. He was hired in 2024, coming from Akershus Eiendom, where he worked as a transaction broker and partner. Jacob began his career as a commercial real estate broker after completing his education in 1995 and has held various positions in the Norwegian Real Estate Association and the Forum for Commercial Brokers. In addition to a bachelor's degree in economics with a specialization in real estate brokerage from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Jacob holds a Master of Commerce with a specialization in finance from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.

Eirik Gard Aarnes works as an analyst in commercial real estate brokerage. He was hired as a trainee, where, during the rotation program, he worked within analysis, commercial real estate brokerage, and asset management. He holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in finance from BI Norwegian Business School. Eirik completed parts of his education at Bocconi University in Milan and ESCP in Paris, and he has worked part-time in accounting and auditing at KPMG.

Øyvind Ramsø is Project Manager of UNION Residential Development. He joined UNION from the position of project manager at Gjelsten Bolig. Prior to that he worked as a project manager at HENT. Since 2007, Øyvind has worked as a project manager in construction and civil engineering, and he holds an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School.

Sondre Veum is employed as a technical manager in asset management, with primary responsibility for the technical management and operation of properties. 

Sondre has previously worked for 7 years as a project and department manager at the construction company AK Granheim AS, as well as independently running a concrete contracting business for several years. Sondre has extensive experience from a variety of projects, including tenant alterations and technical improvements focused on energy efficiency.
