As the first fund manager in Norway, UNION Group has received approval to issue private direct loans to businesses. With this the fund offering has been expanded to include a credit fund, which will provide customized financing solutions to real estate companies in the Nordic region.

UNION is launching a residential development fund with Baard Schumann, a Norwegian specialist in this field. The partners will establish a management company with Schumann as Managing Director, and the fund will focus on development projects in and around Scandinavia’s largest cities.

Two talented young people have been appointed to strengthen research expertise in our organisation. Kristoffer Myrvold Fagerbakk will work in our research department, while Fredrick Maaseide is joining our transaction team.

Last summer, Telenor engaged UNION Norsk Næringsmegling and Arctic Securities to explore a potential sale of Telenor's headquarters at Fornebu. Today NPRO Holding AS entered into an agreement with Telenor Real Estate AS for the purchase of Snarøyveien 30. The transaction values the property at NOK 5,450 million in gross property value, and is the largest single asset transaction in the Nordics.
